Our representatives realize the difference between the boutique/retail selling of a vision from a floor plan and the vastly different world of selling an older home.

The emotive selling aspects of “see, touch and feel” must essentially be communicated to the purchaser by a number of very different methods and our sales teams are fully versed in today’s construction terminology and products.

The Builders Box Academy has developed unique site manuals to ensure that all reporting functions are consistent and stream-lined. Furthermore, to guarantee that our sales staff are kept informed with the most current legislation and government incentives, we issue bulletins and updates as the needs arise.

At The Builders Box, we also guarantee to ensure that your sales site has adequate, if not additional personnel, available for any special promotions or newly released phases or special, emergency situations. In addition to this, we also require our staff to shop the competition regularly, so we’ll know what your neighbors are up to at all times, and more importantly so will you.
