Trained to provide solutions, our sales staff must first graduate from the New Homes Sales training course uniquely formatted to provide agents with a comprehensive understanding of new homes sales.

Another benefit of our Academy is the well qualified reception, admin and peripheral staff that are required to graduate as a New Homes Specialist.  This means your lot files, reporting and administration can all be set up before the game even starts!

The Builders Box also represents a huge farm team of resale agents through an association with Re/Max West Realty, Inc. With 6 offices and hundreds of agents, Re/Max West is the largest Re/Max operation in Canada.  It was also the first office in the Ontario-Atlantic Region.
