Our polished concrete services set us apart from your average concrete company. Our Premier Diamond Floor Finish System is a multiple step system utilizing polishing equipment and diamonds to mechanically grind and polish concrete at least thirty days old. The process can be colored by acid staining, dying or pigmenting the concrete. During the process, the floor is chemically densified and goes from grinding to honing to polished concrete. Subsequently, the polished concrete floor is polished to a matte, satin or gloss finish. Designs and logos can be incorporated in a polished concrete floor. Polished concrete is moisture and stain resistant and exceeds ADA (SCOF) specifications for Slip Coefficient of Friction.
Our Premier Diamond Floor Finish comes in a variety of finishes:

PDFF -1– The surface is mechanically grinded, densified and polished with a matte to gloss finish. This finish is very cost efficient and functional. It is ideal for a variety of interior living spaces.

PDFF- 2- The surface is mechanically ground, densified, stained and polished with a matte to gloss finish. This finish is cost-efficient, functional and decorative. It is ideal for garage floors and basement floors.

PDFF-3– The surface is mechanically grinded, densified, dyed or acid stained a color and polished from a matte to gloss finish. Designs and multiple colors are possible. This finish is cost efficient, functional and very decorative. It is ideal for a variety of interior living spaces.

The maintenance and routine cleaning is minimal for a long lasting floor. Spills should be cleaned up within a reasonable time to prevent staining. Mopping with neutral cleaners or clean water is all that is needed. Periodic buffing will keep the shine up. There is no stripping and reapplication of waxes. When compared to other floor systems, polished concrete maintenance costs are a fraction of the cost of other flooring types.
